Prelude Restaurant & Bar

Prelude Restaurant and Bar is an elegant dining space combining sophistication and understated elegance. Whether your entertaining guests, planning a wedding, retirement, anniversary, or holiday party, or just looking for a place to host an event, our Prelude Restaurant and Bar at the Green Music Center is the perfect location for your next occasion.

Prelude Restaurant & Bar capacity is 112 guests for dining (with bar furniture in place) and 194 guests for a reception. Prelude Restaurant & Bar square feet is 1,860. 

Prelude Restaurant & Bar Patio

Prelude patio

The Prelude Patio is a space all its’ own. Connected right off the Prelude Restaurant & Bar dining room, the Patio includes stylish and comfortable lounge furniture, two fire pits, and a waterfall fountain. Overhead pendant lighting and sconce lighting surround the patio space creating a warm and festive atmosphere for any occasion.

Prelude Patio capacity is 124 guests for dining and 124 guests for a reception. Prelude Patio square feet is 1,860. 

 

Prelude Wedding Lawn

The Prelude Wedding Lawn provides a spectacular setting to create a memorable experience. The picturesque landscape offers the perfect backdrop for any event and includes exquisite views of the Sonoma Mountains.

Prelude Wedding Lawn capacity is 200 guests in row seating. Prelude Wedding Lawn square feet is 3,600. 

Founders' Room 

Founder's room

Founders’ Room is a space that feels like your own private club room. The space includes a built-in bar and cabinetry that adds warmth to the room, and lends itself to sophisticated wine service. When not used for a reception, the Founders’ Room can be converted into a terrific location for a board meeting or presentation. The space comes equipped with a built-in screen and projector, a flat-screen television, and access to our DMX music system. A conference phone and microphone are also available per request.

Founder's Room capacity is 30 guests for dining, 62 guests for reception, 62 guests for theater-style, 20 guests for board, 18 guests for u-shape. Founder's Room square feet is 934.  

 

Gallery Board Room 

Intimate, sophisticated, and sleek describes the Green Music Center’s Gallery Board Room. With a stunning, architectural lighting feature suspended from a high ceilings, and open glass wine cabinets, the Gallery Board Room is a desirable location for your next dinner party. Locally custom-made furniture compliments the warmth of the space.

Gallery Board Room capacity is 12 guests and the square feet is 580.

Privé

Privé is a space of versatility that can be transformed for board meetings, receptions, seminars, and even small dinner gatherings. The space comes equipped with a built-in screen and projector, a flat-screen television, and access to our DMX music system. A conference phone and microphone are also available per request.

Privé capacity is 48 guests for dining, 73 guests for reception, 73 guests for theater-style, 40 guests for board, 32 guests for u-shape. Privé square feet is 1,091. 

 

Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall

Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall can be used for a lecture or performance. Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall is a remarkable venue that visitors have visited from all over the world. Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall capacity is 1,400 guests seated although seating capacity can change depending on the hall configuration. With 1,400 handcrafted seats, Weill Hall has taken into consideration both comfort, and design to enhance acoustics within the building. Seating in Weill Hall is divided amongst 3 floors: a raked orchestra floor, second-floor choral circle, and third-floor balcony boasting spectacular views of the Sonoma Mountains through large windows on the north and east walls. Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall's structure allows the back wall to open, for more visitors to enjoy performances and concerts.

 

Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall Commons

Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall can be used for outdoor private events. Joan and Sanford I. Weill Commons is the perfect place for visitors to set up chairs and blankets to enjoy a show. Joan and Sanford I. Weill Commons square feet is 115,000. 

 

Schroeder Hall

Schroeder Hall can be used for a lecture, organ performance, rehearsal space, and private performances. Schroeder Hall is a 244-seat cathedral-like recital hall, designed specifically to accentuate instruments, organs, and voices in an intimate setting. The 3,420 square-foot Schroeder Hall is notable for its curved architecture featuring no 90-degree angles, soaring ceilings, and dedicated organ balcony where a 1,248-pipe Brombaugh Opus 9 organ is situated on the stage-end wall. 

 

Person Lobby

Person Lobby can be used for a lecture, private performance, dinner, or reception. 

Person Lobby capacity is 261 guests seated and the square feet is 3,916. 

 

West Choral Circle Lobby

West Choral Circle Lobby can be used for a reception and private event space. 

West Choral Circle Lobby capacity is 60 guests seated and the square feet is 1,500.
