Our office offers our services to all departments on campus. Each year campus departments and offices host a variety of meetings, workshops, lectures, banquets, fairs, and other special events.
The Support You Need
We are committed to creating an inclusive campus environment where each organization feels welcomed, valued, and supported. We understand the value events bring to the mission of your organization and the campus community. Events offer a platform to reach many different audience members. We are here to help you find the right space and setup, schedule audiovisual/technical services, and menu planning to enhance your event!
Creating Your Space
Department events are any event hosted by a Sonoma State University division, department, office, or another on-campus entity composed of faculty and/or staff, and paid for using an on-campus account (chartfield string). Departments can book facilities and support services by completing the Department RUFAS Request for Use of Facilities and Services. Please contact us for more information about coordinating your event.
