Conference and Events Services serves over 120 student clubs and organizations and 20 chapters of fraternity and sorority organizations. We can help you plan your weekly club meetings and practices, recruitment events, philanthropic events, sporting tournaments, and much more!
The Support You Need
We are committed to creating an inclusive campus environment where each organization feels welcomed, valued, and supported. We understand the value events bring to the mission of your organization and the campus community. Events offer a platform to reach many different audience members. We are here to help you find the right space and setup, schedule audiovisual/technical services, and menu planning to enhance your event!
Creating Your Space
If you are a currently enrolled Sonoma State student and are part of a recognized student organization, fraternity, or sorority, then you will fill out and submit the Student RUFAS Request for Facilities and Services to reserve any space and services on campus. If you are a currently enrolled student who is not part of a chartered student organization, there is still an opportunity for you to create your event. Please contact us for more information about coordinating your event.
