Whether it’s your first time to Sonoma State or you’re a returning visitor, our knowledgeable staff will assist you in tailoring your event based on your group’s specific needs. Our Conference and Event Specialists will assist you with all aspects of your event on campus. Our office works with our various service partners on campus to execute all meeting and event spaces, AV/Tech, catered meals and parking.
Catering Services
University Culinary Services is proud to be the caterer for the campus community and its guests. University Culinary Services offers many options from basic coffee service to full catered services designed to meet the needs of your event.
Our hospitality team is available to assist you in creating an event that will ensure that all of your catering needs are met. Our team can work with you to meet any dietary needs as well as provide vegetarian and vegan choices (available upon request). University Culinary Services is proud to work with many local businesses and farms to source food locally.
Campus Dining Venues
Sonoma State is home to a plethora of dining venues that are sure to satisfy your taste buds! From the warm eatery of Charlie Brown's Cafe, to the bustling smorgasbord at The Kitchens, we have something for everyone! Check out the game at Lobo's or take in the tree-lined view at Overlook for your next classy meal.
Please note many venues are closed or have limited hours during non-academic year sessions.
The Kitchens
The Kitchens is SSU’s residential dining hall located in the Student Center. The contemporary dining experience will satisfy your hunger for fresh, sustainable and nutritious food that embraces Sonoma County cuisine. Seven unique platforms and a rotating menu features a variety of options for everyone. The Kitchens is located on the first floor.
Sip Coffee Bar
Sip offers various Starbucks’ signature beverages from espresso drinks and tea to pastries and grab-and-go items, including sandwiches, parfaits and canned drinks. Sip is located on the first floor of the Student Center.
Grubhub Campus
We offer contactless ordering of grab-and-go options with your favorite meals, drinks, and snacks from Sip and Lobo's. Order through Grubhub Campus Mobile.
App and pick up at Weyden & Brewster on the first floor of the Student Center.
Lobo's
Lobo’s is the campus pub that offers salads, specialty pizzas, sandwiches and all the classic appetizers along with desserts. Lobo's is located on the first floor.
Toast
Toast offers a variety of quick grab-and-go items including sandwiches, pastries, coffee, and a great mix of beverages. Toast is located in the heart of campus between Stevenson and Darwin Halls.
Audio Visual Support
Need AV support? Our operations team provides support for a wide range of events with technical needs.
Our tech team has modern equipment and the technicians are less expensive than an outside company, but they still provide the excellent service and results of a professional sound company.
Affordable packages are offered to meet the needs of you campus event. For special event needs, a consultation with the Student Center Technical Operations Coordinator will be needed and a cost estimate can be provided. For more information, please contact our hospitality specialists.

Campus Prints
Campus Prints is the solution to all your printing needs! Send in your files and handouts, flyers, manuals, posters, or banners they will be ready when you arrive. Design and delivery services are also available. Our hospitality specialist can assist you and make the process easy.
University Store
The Sonoma State University Store offers a wide variety of Seawolf apparel and souvenirs, gifts, and stationery. The University Store is located on the second floor of the Student Center. Operated by Barnes & Noble, the University Store has plenty of space for scholastic needs in addition to gifts and apparel.
ATM
A banking location has been added to the Event Center to expand services and convenience offerings in the building. The banking location is in one of the external storefronts in the Event Center and is open 24 hours.
