Dining Included with Overnight Packages

Conference packages with overnight accommodations include three meals per person, per overnight stay. Groups may choose one of two standard meal schedules. Lunch on arrival day through breakfast on departure day or dinner on arrival day through lunch on departure day. This flexibility allows planners to select the meal schedule that best fits their group’s arrival and departure plans. Unused meals are not refundable and cannot be substituted.

Meal Reservations & Dining Times

Meals at The Kitchens are served in a self-service dining format and scheduled on a reservation basis to help ensure food quality and efficient service for all conference groups. Each group will receive assigned dining times as part of its event arrangements. Dining times are based on availability and operational needs and may be adjusted to accommodate all groups dining on campus. Participants must arrive during their group’s assigned dining time, as service cannot be accommodated after the reservation has ended.

Final meal counts and dietary restrictions are due 20 days prior to the start of your event.

Meals for Commuter & Non-Packaged Guests

Meals may also be purchased for commuter attendees or other guests who are not included in the overnight conference package. If your group would like to add non-packaged meals, please coordinate with your Conference & Event Services (CES) contact when submitting your final meal counts.
Non-packaged meals are subject to availability and a 10% administrative fee.
