Housing At Sonoma State
Sonoma State’s housing accommodations go above and beyond the typical dorm experience by providing suite-style housing, which includes individual bedrooms, bathrooms, and a shared common area. Suites are nestled in beautiful grassy areas that are close in proximity to indoor and outdoor meeting areas, making it the perfect location for gatherings.
Housing accommodations are available June-August.
Beaujolais Village
Beaujolais (pronounced "Bow·zhuh·lei") Village is comprised of four private bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Beaujolais apartments include a full kitchen along with a shared common area living room.
Sauvignon Village
Sauvignon (pronounced "Sawe-ving-yawn") Village has the most variety in room types with four bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Floor plans can be either two single bedrooms and two double-occupancy bedrooms with six people or two single bedrooms, one double bedroom, and one triple occupancy bedroom with seven people. Each apartment has its own living room and kitchen.
Verdot Village
Verdot (pronounced "Ver-dough") Village consists of suite-style accommodations with two and four-bedroom style suites, and a few single, double, and triple occupancy bedrooms. Two-bedroom suites consist of one double occupancy bedroom and one triple occupancy bedroom, a separate bathroom area, and a shared living room. Four-bedroom suites consist of three double-occupancy bedrooms and one triple occupancy bedroom, two bathrooms, and a shared living room. There are also a few shared single suites, which have two bedrooms with a bathroom in between.
Cabernet Village
Cabernet (pronounced "Cab-er-nay") Village is home to two bedrooms or one triple and one double-occupancy bedroom each with its own bathroom. Each apartment has its own living room and kitchen.
Tuscany Village
Tuscany (pronounced "Tuss-can-knee") Village consists of townhomes with single and double occupancy bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The first floor includes one double-occupancy bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and patio. The second floor has two single-occupancy and one double-occupancy bedroom. Each townhome has its own living room and kitchen.
Zinfandel Village
Zinfandel (pronounced "Zin-fan-dell") Village consists of suite-style accommodations with two and four-bedroom style suites, and a few single, double, and triple occupancy bedrooms. Two-bedroom suites have two double-occupancy bedrooms, a separate bathroom area, and a shared living room. Five bedroom suites have four double-occupancy bedrooms and one single-occupancy bedroom, two bathrooms, and a shared living room. There are also a few shared single suites, which have two bedrooms with a bathroom in between.
